Outlandish costumes, bizarre wigs and unusual stage performances are very much the domain of Lady Gaga.But the singer is set to expand her showbiz horizons as the new face of beauty giant MAC.
Lady Gaga has already received a Stylemaker award this week, in recognition of her use of accessories to influence fashion, but for the MAC campaign, she will be turning her hand to lipstick.
As the face of the 'From Our Lips' campaign, due to launch next February, Lady Gaga will be designing her very own lipstick for the range, along with Cindi Lauper who will also star in the shoot.
She joins a star-studded MAC celebrity line-up that has previously included the likes of Fergie and Mary J Blige.
It is hoped that the MAC Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick will be available early next year and, if you fancy getting some Gaga smackers, the good news is that 100 per cent of the profits go to charity, namely the Aids Fund which has raised over $100 million since 1994.
Whether MAC will have any say in her clothing for the shoot is as yet unknown.
