It has been 25 years since supermodel Twiggy fronted the Olay beauty campaign. But, only a few short months from her 60th birthday, the sixties icon is once again been signed up as the face of the brand.
As the face of Olay's anti-ageing range, Olay Definity, the model shows she still has the fresh face that make her the perfect choice for the advertising campaign.
Twiggy's waif-like appearance and boyish haircut adorned billboards across the western world and became an icon of the sixties, modelling Mary Quant's famous mini-dresses and skirts.
But in recent years, the model has enjoyed new success with a central role in Marks and Spencer's advertising.
Originally signed up to what was known as Oil of Ulay in 1985, the company are delighted to have her back.
Spokesman for Olay Definity, Sarah Clark told the Daily Mail: "We were thrilled to welcome Twiggy back to the brand. She is a true beauty icon who continues to be an inspiration to millions of women across the UK."
For a woman who has grown old naturally and gracefully, the company could not have chosen a better front for their latest campaign.
