Ageing assets - should women of a certain age flash their cleavage?
Dec 31st 2008
written by: Betty Boudoir
As the phrase goes 'if you've got it, flaunt it', but does that apply to everyone? Should women of a more mature age still be pushing their ample bosoms into tight gowns and showing off what they've got on the red carpet?

If a girl likes to flash it, then flash it! Let the age Police go with the thick and tin diet watchers. It takes all shapes, all sizes, all races and all ages to make this such a great world!

Why not show ALL they've got, but not those boosted unnaturally, or pushed up under the chain by some demented dressmakers. Women are to be admired, and loved. Only sexless feminists would think otherwise

Of course we should show off our assets!!
I'm a short n chubby 42yrold woman, size 16 & 38D 28 38, so 'average' for a lot of girls my age!
But, funnily enough I get ADMIRING glances from blokes of ALL AGES, when I get my puppies pushed n plumped up, as often as I can!!

At least Lorraines' assets are real! Obviously the article was written by a younger person. Someone who has a penchant for the skinny, silicone-enhanced models of today, who look totally disproportionate to the rest of their bodies! Whereas the rest of us prefer the natural beauty within the woman herself, with no additives!

Of course they should show off their assets. One or two you revealed would be better off not doing so, but then I didn't take to those when they were younger!! As for the overwhelming majority of the lovely women in the pictures, they looked smashing, and long may they be able to proudly show some much needed femininity. Mind you a few women on the 'butch' Labour benches will be frothing at the mouth no doubt.:)

like everything else the key is will anyone want to look.if a woman has looked after her self good on her, show off what you have, even if its not a lot, and be proud of it. good luck to you. but if they need ironing or are compeeting with your belly button for space.........best stick to over doing the lipstick !

There is nothing wrong with "more mature" ladies flashing a bit of cleavage. Look at Helen Mirren. She still has a fabulous body so why cover it up?!? HOWEVER......as far as I am concerned, siliconed boobs are just one huge turn off!!! Dolly Parton actually looks grotesque and how anyone can find these bucket-fillers attractive, I just do not know!
